- You must report your concern within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- If the product is used or opened, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- If the product is damaged due to customer mishandling, we cannot accept it for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened skincare items.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or use.
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide the following:
- Order number
- Clear pictures or video showing the issue
- Description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or exchange (as per availability).

5. Shipping Costs
